Wsp gus…My wife and I currently have roadside assistance included with our Progressive car insurance policy. I’m thinking about adding a AAA membership for extra coverage, but I wanted to get some feedback first.
Has anyone had good or bad experiences with Progressive’s roadside assistance? Any insights would be really helpful in making our decision.
I am currently using Progressive’s roadside assistance for the first time, and It is been a disappointing experience. It is really hard to talk to a real person because everything is automated, and there’s no help if you have questions. After this, I plan to switch to a different insurance company.
Do not use your insurance for roadside assistance, as many providers may count it as a claim. Consider joining AAA instead.
