How can I Protect my car?

Has anyone dealt with these before? They seem to be an insurance provider. On a radio station I listen to, they are mentioned, and I hear “free repair” and “ac repair.” It wasn’t until I visited their website that I discovered they offered insurance.

So, I’m wondering if it’s possible to get free AC repair if someone needs it, or is this offer too good to be true? The radio advertisement may not have indicated that it was an insurance firm. Alternatively, perhaps I overlooked it.

It might be a good idea if the car is paid off and an older model. I’m considering it for my 2009 Rav4, which is paid off but has a slightly warmer-than-ideal AC. Since it’s paid off, paying around $30 a month for coverage in case major issues arise on our 13-year-old vehicle seems reasonable. The Rav4 is our only personal vehicle, though my wife and I both have work vehicles. Despite being in good condition with no major issues, I think it might be wise to consider extended warranty insurance.

I highly doubt their claims. They might say they cover it, but there would be so many hoops to jump through and so much fine print that it would be nearly impossible to collect.

I haven’t looked them up yet, but it sounds more like a warranty program than insurance.

Have you had experience with them or a similar company? I believe they primarily offer extended warranties.

I haven’t personally dealt with them, but I’ve never heard anything positive about extended warranties.

I believe that any car that you are not leasing needs paint protection film. While the absence of swirl marks is beneficial for daily use, the paint really comes into its own years later when it is not cracked or worn down.

In the two weeks that passed between picking up my car and having the PPF put, I had a chip in the paint. I’ve driven 80,000 kilometers so far, and although the film has some scratches and my fog lights seem in need of repair, if I had the money, I would merely have the film changed. wouldn’t require painting over.
