I saw an ad for a service that says they’ll gather your details and check out different car insurance options for you. Is it trustworthy? Have any of you tried it? It’s really annoying to get quotes from around nine different companies.
Soo… @Barbara, Comparing car insurance can be easier if you use special websites. Two good ones are Compare.com and Insurify. They let you compare prices from different insurance companies quickly. But be careful with other sites that might not give you accurate prices or might sell your information. Stick to trusted sites like these to find the best deal for you.
I’ve been using Insurerexpert for a while now and it seems pretty solid.
The site has a decent trust score and while there are some mixed reviews out there, my personal experience has been positive.
Just make sure to do your homework and keep an eye on the service quality over time.
I would google “independent insurance agent [your zip code]” instead.
Pick one, and they will do the same thing as that site of shopping multiple companies, with the added touch of being local to your market.
@Delilah Regards!
Probably a stupid question, but do insurance salespeople actually charge for their services, or do they receive commission from the insurance company?
