Hey guys, I am in the process of creating an electrical contracting firm. Anyone have any experience with them? I bought my general liability and took coverage from them today; I hope I did not get duped. I had to pay my first and last month’s fees today. I would have seen a lot of their advertising, loved how everything was online, and the price appeared reasonable.

I have no information about them other than the fact that it is Amazon’s standard business policy. However, they won’t draft policies that are even slightly risky. That’s their low-risk, specialised business.

Choose a local agent instead. I had an awful time attempting to call their assistance. They often squander your time. You can contact an actual representative by email or phone rather than Next’s helpdesk tickets, which are disregarded by some kid in California.

Stay away from these shady guys. I bought insurance from them for my Amazon business, but they couldn’t give me a proper certificate. Because of that, my Amazon seller account got downgraded. Plus, they kept over $300 of my money. Beware!
