Hi everyone, I was hoping you could offer me advice on how to take care of my new car, which I’m getting in about two weeks. I’m concerned that because it’s my first car with (synthetic) leather seats, they may deteriorate quickly. It’s quite hot and muggy where I reside in the Philippines, and I don’t have a garage where I could always put my car in the shade. I’m already aware that the leather chairs will cause me to perspire. How can I keep it fresh for as long as possible?

yippe,wooh,
Congratulations on your new vehicle! There’s nothing quite like the excitement of driving a brand-new car straight from the dealership.

To remove perspiration after driving, purchase a fast leather deailer. Make an effort to condition and clean your leather at least once a week.

@Beethoven It would probably be as useless as weekly car waxing. I’m not too knowledgeable about the weather in the Philippines, so if he has time, better safe than sorry.

@Ratajkowski It really doesn’t take more than five minutes to condition leather, so I suppose you have a point.
